Our tooling department have more than 30years experience on the tooling design. From early Japan to Taiwan and then to Chang’An in China that which is one of the most important town in hardware processing, we always keep assembling excellent technologies to provide the best quality tooling production service.
We are specialized in the lens tooling of the outdoor headlamp and 3C products. For the lens tooling, we are using the high precision of the aspherical lens mouldtooling, therefore the light of the lamp type is bright and homogeneous.We will do our best with highest standard to meet the customers requirement and be satisfied with the customers.
For the processing machines, expect the CNC processing machine on general production, we also use Toshiba high precision CNC machines tools UVM-450C on our manufacture. So we can do the accurate size that we all required.
Besides, our testing department use high precision 3D and 2D projector on testing procedure and we are strict with the accurate all dimension.
